First Wednesday
August 6th and September 3rd
This is one of our favorite monthly events, always scheduled on the evening of the first Wednesday of each month throughout the year. First Wednesday is a great time to check out the many shops, galleries, and restaurants that make up our Downtown area. Visit for times and details on upcoming events.

Wednesday Farmer’s Market
Happens every Wednesday through October 29, 2014, 10 am to 2 pm at Chemeketa St. in Downtown Salem. Find fresh produce, fruits, baked goods, lunch, art, crafts and a whole lot more.

Salem Saturday Market
Happens every Saturday through October 25th, 2014 9 am to 3 pm at the State Parking Lot at the corner of Summer & Marion Streets NE. With over 160 booths, free live music, community events and a covered food court, this is the place to enjoy the best of Salem on Saturday.

Oregon State Fair
August 22, 2014-September 1, 2014
. The 149th Oregon State Fair has over 9,000 things to eat, drink and enjoy. Join the fun at the Oregon State Fairgrounds in Salem!

Historic Deepwood Estate’s Vintage Flea Market (formerly Annual Antique Faire)
Saturday September 13th, 2014 9 am – 3 pm. A fabulous whimsical event filled with local artists, crafters, artists and antique dealers with vintage accents & antiques for the home and garden. Admission $2.00, proceeds benefit the Friends of Deepwood.
